MONTH OF COORDINATION

Relax, your Bride's B*tch has your back!

Pre wedding  prep: 30 days before wedding​​

  • Unlimited Email Support (as soon as you book) 

  • Access to your personalized wedding planning portal (as soon as you book with us)

  • Venue walk-through to go over layout, guest flow & details of the wedding day (up to 30 days before wedding)​

  • Wedding Timeline & Final Details Planning meeting (up to 30 days before the wedding)

  • Creation and distribution of Detailed Wedding Timeline - we confirm all final details with your vendors!

  • Creation of Venue Layout/Floorplan

  • We become your Vendor's Point of Contact (2 weeks before the wedding). Trust us, it will be a blessing! We will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors and confirm their arrival times, meal counts, confirm services booked and any other important details.

  • Review of all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.

  • Attendance and Coordination of Dress Rehearsal 

 

Day of Wedding

​Lead Coordinator & Assistant Coordinator

  • Complete day-of assistance (up to 10 hours)

  • Greet and guide wedding vendors. We become the point of contact for the day ~ this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns!

  • Setup of wedding decor (guest tables, featured tables, signage, etc.)*

  • Oversee setup & teardown*

  • Management of timeline & flow of events 

  • Line up and Cue the Wedding Party & DJ during the ceremony & reception

  • Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres & corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members

  • Distribution of final payments & gratuity

*Our package include set up of decor for guest tables (additional assistance at an additional charge may be required depending on guest count and expectations), sweetheart table, Head table, card table, gift table, place cards, escort cards and signage. 

​

*Bussing tables, trash removal, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms or kitchens is not included with this package. But we do offer a clean up package for an additional fee. Contact us to learn more.
