Q. How do I get started with The Bride’s Bitches?

A. It’s as easy as saying "RING IT ON" to wedding planning! Simply visit our "pricing" page and choose a membership plan that suits your needs. During checkout, you'll create an account, and shortly after, you'll receive an email with all the details to dive into the RING IT ON club experience. Our team of wedding advisors, affectionately known as The Bride's B*tches, will be there throughout your membership. Depending on your chosen plan, you can access our exclusive community, join group calls and master classes, or engage in personalized 1:1 consultations with our advisors. Let the wedding planning adventure begin!

Q.What is the RING IT ON CLUB?

A. The RING IT ON CLUB is our exclusive membership program designed to provide couples with expert wedding planning tips, tools, and support. As a member, you'll gain access to a range of resources, including virtual wedding planning sessions, a supportive Bride Tribe community, and personalized assistance from our team of wedding professionals aka the Bride's B*tches!

Q. What is the Bride Tribe community?

A. The Bride Tribe community is a supportive online space where you can connect, share, and seek advice from fellow members. It's a place to celebrate wins, vent frustrations, and build meaningful relationships with others who are going through the same journey. Only our members can access this community.

Q. What is the private Slack channel?

A. Our private Slack channel offers exclusive access to a dedicated Bride's B*tch (wedding advisor) in a secure, private environment. Slack is a widely-used messaging app designed to collaborate effectively. Within our channel, you can engage in real-time conversations, seek advice, and share ideas, all while ensuring the privacy of your discussions. This service is exclusively available to HBIC members.

Q. Will you contact my vendors?

A. While we don't directly contact vendors on your behalf, we provide valuable guidance on what to ask and discuss with your vendors. Our expertise helps you navigate vendor communications effectively, ensuring you cover all the necessary details and get the most out of your vendor interactions.

Q. Will you be there on the day of my wedding?

A. No, we are not physically there on the day of your wedding.

Q. If I book your services, do I need a wedding planner or coordinator?

A. Our services are designed to provide comprehensive support throughout your wedding planning journey. While we offer extensive guidance, tools, and resources to help you plan your wedding like a pro, having a dedicated wedding planner or coordinator can offer additional personalized assistance, especially on the day of your wedding. They can handle logistical details, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day without worrying about the behind-the-scenes tasks. Many couples find the expertise and support of a professional planner or coordinator invaluable in bringing their vision to life and reducing stress. If your budget allows, we highly recommend having at least a Day of Coordinator so you and your fiancé can actually be guests at your own wedding!

Q. Can I cancel my membership?

A. Certainly! You have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time with our monthly subscription option. However, if you've chosen our discounted 3-month subscription, it's a one-time payment and cannot be downgraded or canceled before the end of the subscription period. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Q. Can I upgrade my membership?

A. Absolutely! If you'd like to upgrade your membership to access additional features and benefits, just let us know, and we'll help you make the switch. You can email us at support@thebridesbitches.com.

Q. How far in advance does my wedding need to be to join?

A. There's no specific timeline for joining the RING IT ON CLUB. Whether your wedding is a year away or just around the corner, our membership program can provide valuable support and guidance at any stage of the planning process.

Q. What are the business hours for contacting my Bride’s B*tch?

A. Our team of Bride’s B*tches is available during regular business hours to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. You can expect a prompt response during our operating hours:

Monday - Friday:  10am-8pm EST  |   Saturdays:  9am-1pm EST

Q. How many mastery sessions are there and how long?

A. We provide an exclusive series of wedding mastery sessions via Zoom, offering in-depth guidance on various wedding planning topics. Each session spans 40 minutes, featuring a comprehensive presentation followed by an interactive Q&A session where you can get personalized advice and insights from our experts. These sessions are available exclusively to Main B*tch and HBIC members, offering exceptional value and tailored support throughout your wedding planning journey.

Q. How many people are on the Q&A calls?

A. Our Q&A calls typically feature a small group of members, allowing for personalized attention and interaction with our team of wedding advisors.

Q. How will I know my question will be answered?

A. We strive to ensure that all member questions are addressed during our Q&A calls and via other communication channels. Our team is committed to providing thorough and helpful responses to help you navigate your wedding planning journey effectively. *HBIC members get access to our wedding advisors and the opportunity to ask questions outside of the group sessions.
